Then, they were bullied into it, then signed affidavits making their testimony legally binding to rescind their certification. If its not certified, the elector choice is given to the representative, which is a republican.
As for Wisconsin, there was a meeting about trying to change the recount rules in the manual tonight, and a lot of people were able to watch it. The democrats in Wisconsin are insanely afraid of a recount, they wanted to try whatever they could to fuck up the recount by messing with the observers. So there is gonna be problems there too, but not likely enough to stop the recount entirely. With that much drama over a recount, you better believe something is hidden there that they do not want to get exposed. If Wisconsin cannot certify, again, goes to the representative, which is, again, a republican.

Actually I was able to witness the actual election commissioners Wisconsin meeting, and it confirmed that they are doing everything they can to prevent a recount. When the republican tried to explain that transparency is good, and if the state is innocent then we have nothing to fear from a recount, the democrats went dead silent on the matter. Wisconsin is fucked.
