Its supposed to be RNA of the spike protein that your cells will absorb and use to create only spike proteins, and this is somehow supposed to train your body to make antibodies against it when it encounters more of them for realzies. I don't follow how white blood cells get these, also there's a risk of training white blood cells to attack elements of your own cells (since they had the proteins). Other risks are spike protein itself having extraneous effects in some biological process, as well as vaccine manufacturers slipping other things into the vaccine (do you trust your manufacturer?).
