You don't, they are scars. There are a number of natural skin products designed specifically to help smooth out stretch marks on pregnant women and those that just delivered a baby.
They will essentially be unnoticeable and if people do notice they will understand that you have them from losing a lot of weight, which everyone will be impressed with.
Loose skin is another issue that can be helped with cream intended for pregnant women. A lot of skin/hair care shit designed for women can be excellently repurposed for men.
