Priviledge is an acknowledgement that different races are different. However, where they get it wrong is saying it is a societal cause, rather than genetic. Then they try to make it a shallow issue about skin color and "unfounded bias". The problem, then, is that there are no apparent fixes for racial differences without drastic restructuring, segregation and racial law-making.

As long as you have that, a HS diploma and are willing to work you WILL move up in all metrics in the USA.
