Why is the right full of sell outs and grifters? The left has dumb e-celebs but at least they actually believe what they're saying. Is there something inherent in conservative ideology that makes them easy to fool?

These are all people who have no reason to be well known, they're just internet famous, and they've done very little for the right at large, but they have made a LOT of money off of donations.
There entertainers. They’re not political figures. No matter what they tell you, they could care less about the problems of America and are solely there to collect as revenue.
In 2015, the left was in power. They positioned themselves as “the opposition” and followed through until 2018-2019. The Overton window has shifted, and they have to shift their beliefs to stay relevant.
Stop following these people. They dont care about you. Go out, read, and form your own opinions. You’ll be better for it.
The right falls for grifters because of a general lack of intelligence and because of a "trust God's plan" Christcuck upbringing. It's no coincidence that many of the grifters have plan-trusting as a theme and sprinkle cringey Bible quotes around liberally.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what a grifter really is. I see a grifter as someone who takes advantage of generally powerless people and says things they want to hear in order to make money from them in donations and dopamine in the form of retweets. Anita Sarkeesian's profile and fame was astro-turfed from the top (via left wing NGO's and journalists), she didn't have a huge organically grown audience the way that guys like Fuentes and Molyneux have.

Molyneux's corpus of content, videos like 'The Story of Your Enslavement', and other anti-globohomo videos were shown at YouTube HQ to have a real quantitative effect on viewer behavior. After watching one of these videos, a visitor would be interested in a whole different category of YouTube -- videos about the Federal Reserve, videos about alternative social thought, people pontificating about the dynamics between men and women, conversations with scientists about the heredity of intelligence, etc etc...
Those kinds of eloquent, effective presentations had to be manually blocked from the recommendation algo. A collection of six or so of his highest-converting content. They made sure to generate user reports to shut the rest down slowly, over the course of months, so that outrage couldn't be effectively fomented.
It was coordinated with outside parties as well, in a similar way to how Alex Jones blacklisting was pre-arranged among multiple platforms, and large-reach supporters were muted to prevent reaching a critical mass of outrage that kept the story going.

Molyneux did a lot to bring people right up to the edge of ethnonationalism but stopped short. I might be wrong, but it always seemed like he was trying to avoid being banned. He did the same thing on the Jewish question, he would complain about things that jews were responsible for and jewish ideas, but he would never say that jews as a whole were a problematic group.
The thing is, he got banned anyway. And he HAS to know, you don't become as well read as him and not start to see a pattern throughout history. So I designated him as a grifter, to a small extent at least, because he wasn't willing to openly state something that is true. Maybe I'm being unfair.
As far as Fuentes goes, I've just seem him and his people do a lot of gay shit like bitching about wignats and saying they're going to take over and reform the GOP. I don't think he actually believes this stuff, I just think he saw a financial niche he could carve out with further right-leaning young men.
