Okay look. I get where they are coming from ON PAPER, they want their daughter to be able to feel like she can play a game and be empowered or whatever like little boys are. Cool, whatever. Not to mention, you WANT your daughter to be able to compare and contrast how life was 70-80+ years ago to how it is now. If you're really progressive, you want to show how things actually WERE to then teach your daughter about how far we've come as a society or some shit.
