I have the same opinion about the witcher 3

>Twitter screenshot of a normal-fag with a normal-fag opinion pretending he's breaking away from the pack

Also how much time do you faggots spend scrolling twitter for useless shit to screenshot?

I feel the same way but more mildly. I was able to finish it, and while I did enjoy the story the gameplay was very basic and left me wishing it was more in depth.

Is it becoming popular to become a detractor for the Last of Us? Been saying this shit for years

witcher 3's gameplay is dogshit but at least it has gameplay, tlou is just shitty third person shooter segments mixed in with a slowwalking sim and movie.

I honestly agree with him.

Epic Games is the last bastion of western gaming

i hope so, i want that faggot druckmann to see his game bomb

Fpbp

The intro is pretty terrible in terms of gameplay. Good cinematic setup but practically an interactive cutscene.

Just what we need another twitter screencap thread!

FPBP
how did witcher 3 get good ratings, the combat is absolute dog shit.

I said before Last of us is Uncharted with a new coat.

for some normies being told that the gameplay in a movie game is boring is an alarming redpill since they're still in the mindset of "I enjoyed one aspect of the game, so therefore it's a good game. And since it's a good game, there's no way you can criticize any part of it."

Well that's why fortnite is so fucking based

I wouldn't have any complaints if you could unlock unbreakable weapons, or repair them. I am that weird fucker that picks up a 2×4 and wants to use it as long as possible. Preferably the whole game.

Uncharted at least works more as a movie game because it's so fast paced and focused like a summer blockbuster. Last of Us is visually appealing and has the stunning moments or whatever, but you creep along at this snail's pace through it and it just gets boring because there's not enough there to keep the slow pace feel interesting.

>Fortnite

It's a game, and one that's not trying to be a movie, at least. I respect casual garbage like LoL and Fortnite 1000 times more than Sony cinematic shit like TLOU, Uncharted, NuTomb Raider and The Order

If by "works" you mean "bore me to tears with mediocre gameplay", sure, it works.

Same goes for yakuza

he's right except for the phenomenal narrative/graphics part

That's actually reasonable, though. Watching people get invested into a storyline you love is a good feeling. Maybe that's just me and my zoomer mindset though.

>third worlder has a phonetic guide for his savage tribal name so white people don't get confused

based

You can say that about any sony exclusive game, uncharted, god of war and spiderman are just like that.

So Zig Forums pretends to like Fortnite now just to shit on Sony
This is an all time low. There's no where lower you can go than this.

yakuza gameplay is fun though

Yakuza has the problem of the mini-games usually being more fun than the main gameplay

>fortnite
>free of politics and agenda
>giga-nigga world event mumble rapping about twerking and drugs to a bunch of 8 year olds

lol

>somehow thinks twerking and drugs is politics

He's definitely right. TLOU and it's sequel is just basically a uncharted clone, but poorly designed as a different game to milk profits.

Literally who?

truth

Because you're a redneck with no fucking taste.

yea let me do finishers asap and remove the random battles

This is how I feel about all modern games

Not interested in TLOU2, but it seems fair to say he didn't really get to the primary gameplay loop that'd have presented itself a little after where he'd stopped and become more prominent about an hour or so in on. Not a great place to stop to gauge enjoyability. Dunno if Factions is still active, but that was wild fun back on PS3. Really leveraged the game mechanics in a fun way and let them shine. Only thing they left out was the quick turn around shortcut from single player if I remember correctly.

maybe because its fun?

>people can't let me have my cinematic games

It already sucks that Telltale lost its glory. Do you guys not like the Arkham series either? Are you all incapable of playing something for the experience? Most gameplay heavy games like dark souls are fucking repetitive and it doesn't even look cool when good people play it. They just memorize patterns like an autist.

Still an idiot because he thought the story was any good, but he's coming closer to good sense than most.

Yes.

Vast majority of people love cinematic games, you really shouldn't mind a few barely literal autists on Zig Forums that hate anything that's popular

>Epic
>Western

Have you considered tv and film, since you don't seem to enjoy the Game part of Video GAME perhaps the medium simply isn't for you.
I know you're shitposting but there are actually people out here who think like this and one can only wonder why.

>let me have my cinematic games
agree
>play for the experience
agree, even if I try and dont enjoy the experience, the artistic endeavor should exist.
>your gameplay heavy games are repetitive and not cool looking
Let me have my actual game games. Are you all incapable of playing something for the playing something?

>Are you all incapable of playing something for the experience?
cinematic games are fine when they aren't garbage
people (mostly) love the yakuza series and i think that's probably got the most and longest cutscenes of anything I've played since I never actually played any of kojima's stuff but it's an actually good story with good gameplay to back it up

is this vidya hate thread?

I didn't like Bastion and will never like it. Gave it a second chance 3 years ago and it still fucking boring. I didn't find the weapon switching that fun either since you can just stick to hammer and plow through everything. It has great narration though which i believe why people praised it and nothing else.

Same can be said on Darkest Dungeon. It feels like slow process through boring grind that finally conclude to the insanity.

Well that confirms you're a brainlet. Way to go

FPBP. Somehow they managed to make combat worse than a game from 2005, in 2015. Ocarina of Time is the first free camera sword and shield action game ever made and even it has better combat than TW3.

Epic Games also has a guy named Jon Jones who gets a bunch of tweets thrown at him every time Jon Jones the MMA fighter does something stupid (which is often)

You all keep saying that as if you don't play for the majority of the time. How can I even address your point if it is baseless?

Attached: real_pepe.jpg (736x828, 45.42K)

>30 minutes
Isn't that mostly just following Tess and story shit, plus the prologue before that? I am not saying it gets radically better but its basically before you even get to try anything

How can I address your point if you can't communicate it in English properly?

I can't believe it, that game that said they don't want to focus on fun isn't fun...
