No, they're usually bigger than normal but actually don't even have a 1% crown chance like some optionals do.
Your best chances for non-event monsters are on investigations and guiding lands.

As it is, you're only at 70% crit chance on untenderized areas, and I don't know religious you are with those. Personally, I'd drop Ironside charm and grab Challenger charm for Agi 5, then fill the 3 open 1-slots with Guard decos. The last 4-slot could be used for the remaining two points of Blast status, Guard+ for the last two points of guard, or whatever utility shit you might want, like hard ele resist.
Seems like you have the decos, so doing something like this might be worth considering as well.
