Spent about an hour in Skyrim last night just walking to Riften, gonna ignore the rest of the game and have a virtual life as an Argonian hunter selling deer skins to the Riften shops.
Gimme your VR stories bruhvs.

That sounds comfy as fuck.
First playthrough of RE7 in VR was a serious treat but now I just use it to watch porn.
People actually buy these things? Jesus christ.
Even the Oculus Quest is a better purchase at this point simply because the tracking isnt garbage
Here. I haven't connected it to the PS4 since Wipeout. I use it on my PC instead.
Gotta get through lockdown somehow, user.
Worth it for Ace Combat alone.
how does it work on PC?
I'd say functional if you go with the absolute basic (that is, only gyro tracking and no motion controls). I use it mainly to watch porn, emulate stuff with Dolphin VR and test free shit on Steam. I also have Skyrim VR installed but I haven't played it too much because my PC sucks and Project Cars 2 that runs pretty well even with my shit setup.
How do you do that on psvr?
Where's ye stoories bruvahs?
Stick a thumb drive in there and use the Littlstar app. It used to be free but you've got to buy a license to watch your own content now. Worth it for me.
I was looking into dolphin vr recently and only saw builds up to 2018 or so, is tehre anything newer somewhere or is that it?
If you have a pc, you can use psvr by buying the ivry driver on steam
I've used it for subnautica and the alien isolation mod so far

wow thats one game for every year this piece of shit has been out
I don't think so. It was one or two guys developing it and they dropped it as far as I know. Still there are a couple of games worth trying even if it's just for the experience. My favourite out of the few I've tried is Xenoblade Chronicles by far. Beautiful world to explore if you can get used to the limitations and bugs.
Wipeout and superhot are the best PSVR games available, I've played a far bit of skyrim but the game constantly uncalibrates and the controls are really shit for everything but archery.
I think you should return to reddit.com
Blood and Truth mate, it's cockney London gun-fu. Great load of fun.
Ace combat isn't full VR.
alright cool good to know
think I got some stuff to check out now then
I'll check it out when it's $15 again in the psn store.
Are those just some exclusives? It has beat saber, and gran turismo sport has a vr mode, Dirt 1 has VR, there are some of the usual indie games like superhot or that office simulator game. and you got that rick and morty vr game and also that game by roland (trover saves something or another), doom vfr, and also tetris effect.
Idk man, it's a pretty solid lineup of stuff. And I got my psvr for $200, so it's cheaper than anything else.
You can throw your mag in the air then catch it in the gun to reload then give someone the finger and clock them in the balls at the same time.
been playing everybody's golf vr
hoping skyrim goes on sale at some point
Tetris Effect is ultimate chillout mode, doesn't matter how bad a day's been. Just chuck that on and vibe.
Is Tetris Effect even good without VR mode? It never goes on sale but I want to get it
I don't get the hype for Tetris Effect. It's just Tetris with annoying shit flying by your eyes.
Play Statik
Play Astro Bot
Play Deracine
Play Deemo Reborn
Play Paper Beast
It's a nightclub atmosphere while playing Tetris essentially. Without VR it's nice and chill. With VR it's like being on the dancefloor coming up on your first E...while doing tetris puzzles. Hard to explain but it puts you in a certain mindset that just works.
I actually found Astro Bot a little disappointing. It struck me as something that tries to push the charm factor too hard and loses all of it because of that. It's certainly worth a try but not even close to the gushing reviews it got. Very interested in Paper Beast though considering its lineage.
I disagree, Astro Bot is my personal favorite PS4 game in general. It's the most polished title on the console, and the level variety is excellent; lot of creative ideas that aren't recycled. The only gripe I had is that you don't always have the controller gadgets unlocked, it's a level-by-level thing
