Open world games.
No game has ever benefited from an open world and every time I see these people that put 1000+ hours into games like fallout or elder scrolls games I think about how many game I could finish and enjoy in that time and it makes me sick.
The closest one has got to be even a bit of fun is breath of the wild, but that's only because you have alot options for movement, but it doesnt save how boring going from point a to b is.

Disagree, 3 gets a lot of hate but as a NV fag it is good for it's time and the wasteland is interesting. NV is a masterpiece. 4 is fun it's just not a good fallout game unironically.

Half-Life 2>Black Mesa>Half-Life 1. All 3 are amazing, though. Opposing Force is really overrated and just okay, not even close to any of them.

Doom 2016 is mediocre at best. The weapons have no punch outside of the double barreled shotgun, glory kills get old quickly, the environments are repetitive, most of the upgrades are useless, and it drags on and on.
Classic RE games have aged like milk and 4 is still the best by a wide margin. RE2 remake is a masterpiece, though.
All Sonic games are trash, no exceptions.
All Souls games all by-the-numbers dungeon crawlers,
MGR is a 6/10 at best.
Rockstar hasn't made a good game since Midnight Club 1
