lol

Sub, only homos will argue that 9S is somehow better in the dub while 2B is just flat out terrible

do weebs unironically play videogames Subbed?

...

dub, there's a lot of dialogue during gameplay and you won't read it

dub

weebs leave

I always play sub because if the english voice acting is bad, I'll certainly notice it and that would ruin the experience. The same can't be said for the japanese one.

Dub. Kyle McCarley blew 9S out of the water and then some.

sub

This is good reasoning but also makes a fair point

Dub, you don't understand Jap so don't set your language to it. Why would tone of voice be more important than the actual information conveyed?

Dub, if only because subtitles are a bitch to read during boss battles while still paying attention to the fight.

Agreed, sub is better but there's just too much going on for me to appreciate subtitles in games.

This game sucks cock (not in the good way)
It's actually shit

Kira Buckland's voice is too damn good. Dub.

Can people seriously not read and play video games at the same time? Are you mentally challenged?

the heck, she was the worst part of the dub for me desu, everyone else was stellar

damn i guess i don't like the game anymore now that you said that user

The game isn't that hard.

It's not about being hard. It's about paying attention.

not just tone of voice but also quality of voice acting and how it fits the character. Personally, I prefer to play in whatever the original language is as that is what the writer envisioned. Also a lot of weeb dialogue/mannerisms don't translate well to english and sound strange

If you understand any Japanese I gather the English localization is somewhat different from the JP audio. My Japanese is poor, but I noticed plenty of changes in VIIR and I've heard it's true here too.

God I fucking hate dubfags.

God I fucking hate weebs.

>driving isn't hard, so I should be allowed to read texts while driving

>Why would tone of voice be more important than the actual information conveyed?

That's an interesting point that's the crux of dub vs. sub. Assuming the translation is on point the sub will be more accurate to the creator's intention while dub will have to take more liberties as well as often changing the personality of characters due to translation and the voice actor chosen.

>he can't glance at a 4 word long exclamation during combat without dying

okay i get what you're going for but i don't think that's a fair comparison

>OMG MY FAVORITE CELEBRITY PLAYED THE CHARACTER YOU HAVE TO HEAR HIM!!!

Don't be a faggot.

>implying the Japanese cast isn't also full of celebrities

Play it for yourself, that is just my own opinion. Just be warned it's not as good as everyone says

Why are dubfags so insecure?

>he can't check his speedometer while driving
This is the mental capacity of dubfags.

dubfags always use the fact that the same 4 people do voices as a positive for dubs, personally I can't stand it

You are right, but only the most diehard of the diehard weeaboos care enough to remember a foreign name, let alone multiple.
>Oh my god shiina tanaka voiced the girl!!!
>literally who?

Subs, most definitely. English 2B sucks.
