It's odd to me that people call it a communist game. The subject matter and characters feel like standard fare in Slavic fiction.

really liked the detective shit and how funny the game is. Really liked the artstyle, atmosphere and music. Could've had much more fun without "Race" and "politics". Especially when there is literally a 7 foot nigger with 3 cumsluts as his slaves patronizing me with every single dialogue choice blocking a gate from being opened because for some reason the only button is right behind him

Fantastic game.

I really love the setting. The history, the factions and the focus on Revachol itself as this microcosm of the world, the specks of supernatural elements to add to the uniqueness and mystery of it all... I love it. Really hope we get more, it's really been a while since a setting felt both so fresh and so fleshed out.

Trying to play the game sober is hard but mostly because you are missing out on a lot of fun dialogue options.

stoicism is an incredibly popular philosophy, most people unwittingly practice it

Writing is good, gameplay is kinda meh.
Progression is often gated behind behind various skill checks and you don't know which, so you just walk around until you're gated by skill checks, then spend whatever skill points lets you retry the thing you think is most likely to move the plot along, rather than actually roleplaying and building a character. Clothing having bonuses also kind of sucks in practice since to min max different checks so you can actually progress in the game you stop next to people while you change into whatever ridiculous outfit gives you the best chance.

There, at least last I played, plenty of bugs and issues unfortunately. Not being able to sleep on the park bench if you can’t pay rent and breaking the game was one that pissed me off early, especially when there’s a thought called hobo cop. Worst of all missing the Dolores Dei conversation because your role playing as a restless cop who doesn’t want to waste time and chose not to take a nap is inexcusable. I wonder how many people missed perhaps the most emotional sequence in the game and dont even know about it cause of such a trivial choice.
