These designs are really nice. I could see them being used as proper dungeon bosses. I really hope BOTW2 brings back dungeons because those Blight Ganon fights were weak as hell. I know the idea was freedom of exploration, but a little bit of itemgating could go a long way. Make it so you can't complete a dungeon unless you found an item from a side quest or something, ya know? Reward the player interacting with the world, not just mindlessly explore it.

All this concept art just shows how talented and underused the people at retro studio are by nintendo, all their first party developers make better games than themselves
