I think Ed Boon might be on to something here, imagine if every time they release a KOMBAT PACK they include like 3 chapters to the expanded story.
You can shitpost all you want but VISUALLY this is the most impressive fighting game ever made, and even though there were some disapointing twists and turns in the story, they were some actual DBZ hype moments like Fire god Liu Kang wrecking shit.

Another thing Takeda could have been something like Raiden from Metal Gear Rising, but unsead they made him look super uninspired and shit, same goes for frost.
Bottom line is if you can't into CYBERPUNK then don't !

The whole game retcons everything too much. I know it's hard to keep coming up with reasons to bring fan favourite characters back, but just do what they were doing during the PS2 era . And you don't need to KILL OFF everybody in story mode every fucking time to have them return for the next game. You can have them fight and not kill eachother fuck sake

that's only true for Sindel and the males in the cast, and online players have a terrible habit of making terrible loadouts in my humble opinion
To the point of female aesthetics, i think NRS is getting better , but i think the problem is that they are scanning real life people to create their character models as opposed to jappy games that create beautiful perfect faces with amazing proportions and symmetry.
I am not defending this , i think you should make your characters as attractive as possible if it fits their narrative. Somebody like Kitana should be the most beautiful person to come out of the land of beautiful people (Edenia) .
That being said I think Cassie, Jade and Kitana don't look too bad. Frost can be improved , Sonya always has a butch fucking face and who the fuck is cetrion and why is she and why the fuck is Jackie in the game but Takeda is not
