I found Dusk to be kind of boring in spots, relying too much on a spectacle for some levels. Ion Fury was much more fun in my opinion, even though comparing something styled after Quake to eduke32 is apples and oranges.
Now RtCW, that's a game I can get behind.

The soundtrack and death animations were much better. The rest was either on the same level as 1 or much worse. Enemy designs sucked. Artstyle sucked. Setting sucked. Atmosphere sucked. At least the gameplay was still good.
