Eh if you wanna make it easy go command/sacrifice and get bungus, razorwire, plate and meat.
Make sure to hit the newt altar and go to the void lands (it freezes your timer and guarantees a red) and just walk around letting the razorwire do the work, get the usually good items for any run and then pop out on level 2 with a shitload of items and ready to rape monsoon.

Oh I got things kinda confused, here's the thing. If you grab like 3 plates and then the worl shell, leech seed, the hellfire tincture, barbed wire get that equipment to 0 CD you take 1 damage per tick because the plates affect its damage on you (from 10% max hp to 1, not that bad), deal the barbed wire damage and heal more than what you lose and you can just zoom around autotargetting everything with barbed wire.
Extra stacks of the wire just affect the "range" at which it seeks and destroys shit.
