Its funny, the phantom thieves even acknowledge that morally they may or may not be in the wrong, but they'll do what they want in the end.

Our world is full of unfairness where people through no fault of their own are screwed over treated like things and discarded by the powerful once they outlive their purpose. This man could have changed all of that, instead a bunch of upstart teenagers who were blessed by plot armor and writer bias say he's wrong and even through the world is hell the people who can crawl out of that hell and live happy lives matter more than those who can't so they have to stop him.

Yet another conflict that's always settled by strength of the strong over the desires of the weak.

world of strength

Joker, you can’t expect to live life to the fullest if you haven’t undergone hardship and grown as a person. Got raped? Go buy some hemorrhoid cream and learn to shop the market for the best price. It’s that simple.

obvious answer

>you damn dirty adults, stop doing what you want you're hurting people
>the PT then proceed to just do what they want regardless of the impact even after getting on their moral high horse over adults
Bravo

i haven't been spoiled much on royal but this guy was one of those no suffering world guys right? those guys are always full of shit, like they neglect to mention that everyone's real bodies are dying, or that staying in the dream world means that the protagonists aren't going to be able to save the earth or they'll make everyone into a mindless shadow or other bullshit. they have their heads so far up their own asses doing what they think is best for other people they completely ignore what people actually want. at least adachi didn't have any pretenses of claiming he was trying to help people or make a better world, he presented himself honestly as a misanthrope.
they're also the the only type of antagonist to show up persona games, even Kandori was sort of that.

Such a world may not be perfect, but it's definitely better than what we have. It's basically a choice between having cancer or a small dick.

The white guy. He's literally the one on the right.

Nop, his world wasn't an illusion or had any catch desu.

If Persona 5 royal was released on PC, would you buy and play it again?

>buying PC games
Hahahahahahahahaha!

Clearly the guy in white is in the right of the image.

Enjoying RDR2?

I don't really know, i bought Catherine because i wanted to help push those nip fuckers on making more PC games but of all Persona games i really hated 5's story and palaces so i'm not sure i want to support that piece of garbage. Any other SMT game tho? Insta-fucking-buy.

Adachi

just play the fucking game before writing it off as something bad. cause nothing you say is true

yea let's just ignore how he took away joker's will because he considers that to be the best for him.
it's almost as if letting a single person decide what is right and wrong for the entire world is not a good idea

i decided to read the wiki a bit and from what i get maruki wants to create a world where everyone's desires come true, preventing suffering. he wants to do this by merging the collective unconscious with the physical world, with the merge gradually becoming permanent. assuming that shadows or other dangerous stuff doesn't start appearing all the time because people don't desire that or something what would happen with conflicting desires? i'm not saying he's a malicious guy or what he's doing is wrong or anything because my knowledge on the topic is limited but it just seems like what he's doing would have some dangerous consequences.
the truth is unattainable

>conflicting desires
If there are several people wanting the same thing, you can solve it by making more of this thing.

what about differing opinions, views?
people whose desires result in the hurting of others eg kiddy diddlers.

Sounds like someone needs to be unraped

This is what the thieves want to prevent I assume, haven’t played it yet either

Well, the kids don't want to be hurt, so they won't be hurt.

but now the kiddy diddlers desire is not fulfilled

Maruki because even at his worst, the PT still don't provide a better option for a better world.

fuck off, yhvh 2.0 is not a better world

Maruki's world is made up of what he personally thinks is best for people, people's desires don't just manifest by themselves. If there's a situation where two people want different things, then he would just decide on a case by case basis what's best.
