Why the fuck are half the songs that play on the radio about nukes
In New Vegas you get sent on a quest to kill 3(I think) badass killers and bring back their head(I think).
Anyone remember this quest. Can't recall it for the life of me.
Three card bounty
Because its fallout dude we don't want our paying customers to forget that this is totally a different series and isn't just oblivion with guns.
Thank you
>HAHAHAHHA FALLOUT HAHA NUKES GO BOOM HAHA WEEEEEE NUKES NUKE NUKIE NOOOOOOOKS
reminder that if you have fond memories of fallout before "bethesda ruined the franchise!!" you'd have to be about 40 years old by now. odds are high you never even heard about fallout before fo3 was released.
that's a fucking awful song
god some of this music in this bad was so bad it made me want to tear my ears out. like painfully grating to listen to. thank fuck music progressed since the 30s-50s.
lucky you could replace/delete the tracks. there were some good tracks though
anything goes is so awful it makes me want to commit homicide
Fallout 3 had the best selection of songs.
the end of the world is goat though
Exaggerated 50s atom craze
Fallout 3 was my first fallout game and I had fun
Why do all the songs in NV have a western feel
Were these the only kind of songs they had in Nevada?
My older brother actually had a Fallout 2 CD Rom that he left when moved.
I played it and I thought it was great. It was only later after I played 3 and New Vegas that I realized how awful 3 and 4 actually were.
You are correct.
No it had one good song

Crazy to consider the absolute shit taste bethesda has in Fallout worldbuilding and lore.
Fallout 3 and 4 music is 80% pure grating shit about nukes and 20% ok songs compared to NV's largely better song choices.
They also have such a boner for the American independence war for no fucking reason and slammed as much of this shit as they could in both Fallout 3 and 4. It makes sense in the choice of cities but they use it in such a boring way...
OH LOOK THE MINUTEMEN ahah member the independence?
YOU FOUND A LASER MUSKET WOOAH IT'S SOO WACKY
Also Boston has to have Irish fucks because Boston = Irishmen for... reasons?
Just talking about this shit makes me angry, fuck bethesda.
If I have to listen to Butcher Pete whacking and smacking his meat again, I'm gonna kill myself, its plays so often its not funny, it has to be a bug.
BINGO
BANGO
BONGO
>have to use a mod to get the second part
did failout 3 do anything right?
As a Russian I've played big boy pc rpgs, including Fallout, instead of baby peasant marios and final fantasies, when I was a kid. So yeah my nostalgia factor and "bethesda ruined everything" is legit.
>tfw eating babushkas borsch and playing Gothic on old PC somewhere in Siberian woods
No its literally the only good song and even the devs knew it
>reminder that if you have fond memories of fallout before "bethesda ruined the franchise!!" you'd have to be about 40 years old by now.
you underestimate how shit some of our PC's were back in the 2000's
>H E Y E V E R Y B O D Y
You from siberia?
>17, Fallout 3 introduces me to the franchise
"lol, tunnel snakes RULE"
"hey Amata, I can show you a REAL tunnel snake"
"ey smoothskin"
>19, Fallout New Vegas introduces me to good quests and a cool mix of western and rat pack themes with classic lore
"lol when in Rome!"
"ave, true to Caesar"
"degenerates like you belong on a cross"
>24, Fallout 4 shows me just how casualized and bastardized a franchise can be by a shameless company; still liked the graphics, art direction (Mad Men meets 70s scifi), and city setting
"another settement"
"seems to be growing well"
"I need to assign someone to this"
>27, Fallout 76 teaches me to always trust my gut and never get hyped for anything again
didn't even fucking try it, knew it'd just be a gross clusterfuck of things associated with the franchise mixed with inappropriate MMO-style multiplayer slapped over the FO4 engine
"LOL mutants, stimpaks, jet, caps, robots, ghouls, power armor, nukes, vaults -- that's Fallout!"
>live in the siberian woods in the early 2000s yet have access to new-newish videogames
>mfw I actually know what that pic is from because my Russian bestie once told me to check it out
Russians had fallout when it released because Fargus, a localization studio bothered to get rights for it before it became popular.
