I finished 5 plus 110 more hours of Oblivion. I beat Ace Attorney 1, FF7, Assassin's Creed VI, Assassin's Creed Rogue, and Doom 2016. I also beat Katana Zero and Superhot but they only took me a night each so I don't count them.

Do what I did when I build my last PC user. Get an extremely fast but low capacity drive, 250 GB at most. It's enough to fit Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim with all my mods plus one AAA game. Only install 4 games at a time and uninstall only when you beat them, backing up your saves to the cloud every time. I beat almost every game I start now.

I've been working this whole time, and even when I'm not, I'm stuck playing handy man/pointlessly rearranging my grandmother's house who is going stir crazy

I beat 5 games and read 4 books. I beat Resident Evil 4, FF7 Crisis Core, CoD MW1, and the Witcher 2. I read The Unknown Industrial Prisoner (new favourite book), Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, Hitchhiker's Guide, and This Is Not The End Of The Book. You can do both. I'd recommend that last one to you in particular.
