Even comparing the bipedal humanoids between games really speaks volumes of how the design philosophy back then and now has so greatly changed. Everything in the previous two gens are blobs. Even the pokemon that are supposed to be muscular. They design cartoon characters first now instead of monsters. Maybe Gamefreak should stick to making anime or something, only good thing they make now are waifus.
