mmo's are just a dying genre in general. and on top of that, you're asking for one that incorporates the best of all current popular mmo's.
Best to just stick with single player rpg's if you want something even remotely close to what you described. You won't get that social aspect, but you'll get pretty much everything else in one package.

I play a lot of Archeage Unchained. It's not for everyone though. You actually have to talk to people and work together with your guild/faction. If you wanna spam dungeons like a bot I wouldn't bother.

I have been hopping around on MMOs trying to find one to play as well. I was incredibly surprised to find the most active one in terms of the chat and seeing other players was SWTOR. GW2 was a close second but the chat was very quiet.
