It's hard to talk about Vtubers normally.
Because you have a couple of outlets, and all are equally shit.
You have Reddit that is full of ironic weebs and zoomers who are worshipping channels of ESLs with rudimentary grasp on jap language. Sure, these people are the most accepting bunch, but they are also equally retarded.
On other side of the spectrum you have /jp/, who are so far up their own ass that they think they're literally japanese, so they have to adhere to this weird idol cult mentality and act like absolute elitists about every single thing.

I just wanted to say that I enjoyed Pekora's MGS playthrough, especially post Ocelot fight in MGS4 where she just sat there and felt something that she couldn't even put into words, and I've been really enjoying Subaru for her shitty RPGmaker horror sessions and Chrono Trigger playthrough, because it felt like she had genuine emotional investment in the story.
But honestly Nijisanji is better, because those people don't live under the "idol" stigma that most Hololive members do, and at least their male vtubers _exist_.
