The only thing I wish they'd do for next gen is give every title the choice of running it at 4K 30fps or 1080p 60fps. Just whichever floats your boat. I'd be glad to take a hit in resolution if I could at least get a solid 60fps out of the title.

Problem is the normalfags who play on consoles don't even know or care about framerates. Everything should run at 60FPS this gen but I expect them to prioritize running 4K and sacrificing framerates. They can't market framerates in screenshots.
There are some 60FPS games but the vast majority of games are 30FPS.
