Adventure games/point and clicks. There's a tendency for wacky humour to predominate, but if you don't mind it they've probably got the highest concentration of actually funny games out of any othe genre

yeah i did like the look of the maps, namely because a number of them were set in europe (and these same maps like harvest were then moved to south america in bc2)
