Is this naive? I don't see the 2070s as a 4k card 5 years from now.
"Future proof" PC
1080p 144hz is the new wave anyway
kill your twitter
Don’t future proof. Buy stuff that does the job now and be prepared to upgrade when your needs change.
>rgb even on ram sticks
Feels like it's easier to future proof a PC build if you're using it just for internet browsing and streaming
>window
Yeah I thought I am future proof when I bought 1070 release day. Look, they "invented" Raytracing. It's all bullshit that already exists and is only locked from current-gen so they can sell it to you few years later. You are thinking wow RTX looks really good, 2 years later they will come up with something new to make you buy 4070.
4k is retarded my son
>that CPU cooler
holy shit AMDestitutes are hilarious
>Nvidia
>Future proof
Those two things never belong in the same sentence
2070s and 5700xt are next gen proof. Next gen consoles aren't going to be hitting 4K 60FPS. Consoles have always lagged behind pc in horse power and those two cards don't always hit 4K 60FPS in all games. Just most current ones. Again, that's CURRENT games, once next gen gets rolling, we'll see consoles dip to something like 1440p stretched out to 4K. Normies don't know and are too stupid to care.
better temps, can check if you dust buildup
My 970 lasted a long time despite the 3.5 meme
In less than a year, a 4700 + 3070 combo will obliterate that machine.
>Too poor to afford nice ram
I'd post my glass tower, 4 stick trident Z rig with a nzxt kraken cooler, but I don't have a prepared picture. Have a speccy instead.
>90% of could be nice cases have side panels
i hate it so much
>Buying a machine to rival a console before the consoles come out
>Not paying the same for a better machine or less for the same ONCE the consoles have come out and all the multiplats that have been delayed till console launch come out
That was one architecture. Everything since then has aged like a dream. Even my 1070 is 4 years old now and has aged extremely well and kicks ass at 1080p 144hz.
>101 C
In 2 years a 5700 + 4070 combo will obliterate that machine
Are you rendering a blender sim or something
>101 degrees
>TV as monitor
>1080p 60 monitor
>anime cringe
RGB ram costs 4 bucks more than normal.
You cant futureproof a gpu buy with an almost 2 year old gpu when currently gpus bottleneck cpus
Also kys twitterfag
>calls others poor
>doesn't have a Zen2 Ryzen 9
>doesn't have 2080 Ti
>that memory timing
>60Hz
>using speccy
>1080p60fps monitor
>$300 mobo
Why?
someone post original
>60" 4k tv
I'm not going to kill my eyes trying to read on that. The TV is for games and movies or when I want to see your mom railed on the big screen.
LEDs add like 50fps, man.
literally who
RGB controls. If you want parity and a light show you can adjust, parity matters. Each company has their own RGB software and they don't communicate with each other. So if you get hodgepodge parts, you will end up with a headache that doesn't do what you want.
Getting a decent case with a solid side panel is actually difficult right now, anything that's not sold out is stupidly expensive. I wanted a solid Meshify C but ended up having to get the tempered glass one.
