Sonic Adventure games are seriously broken. They're fun nonetheless, but mods should fix the engine first before focusing on "improving" graphics that don't need improving in the first place.

It would be fine if the bloom was toned down by a ton. The sky is painful to look at.
Remove the disgusting water/reflection effect on the roads and it's fine. Turn down the lighting from the lamps as well
