put a bunch of books in a backpack and use that as your weight. you can use amazon to find out the weight of each book and the bag.

Gym is closed due to the kung flu. I could go buy weights and run nearby but it isn't the same for me.

I'm turning 28 in a week and I still haven't achieved any of the goals I had planned. I never got fit, my facial hair never grew properly, I'm still struggling as a digital artist, never finished making a game, haven't saved money. I've wasted my life and it's really getting to me. Why am I so fucking tired and lazy all the time.

Started working out at 14 and now i got the urge work out daily. Cant marathon games like i used to.
None, waiting for the gym to open up and hit it again. Was at 3pl8 Squat and 2pl8 Bench. My gains have slowly been going down, but trying to maintain with pushups, pullups, etc. Obviously my protein intake is about the same. I barely drink alcohol anymore like in my 20s, these days all I can tolerate are either water or that Gatorade Zero.

Honestly, it's only about 1 hour of exercise that you really need. If you doing weightlifting there are plenty of studies that say that shorter rest is better overall. I don't know, when I go to the gym I do my shit and then leave, I don't really spend that time socializing or being on the phone like the majority of the people do.

Definitely, I'm always under the impression i kill my gains since i like to run alot. But still, even being outside feels good. Vidya after a hard day work is the best.
My local gym is closed and I feel too lazy, unmotivated, and uninspired to do simple exercises at home instead of investing an hour into planks, pushups, crunches, and burpees, when I have other things to do, like browse this forsaken digital world.
You hardly need an hour if you're doing circuits. A half-hour of 45 seconds on 15 off will kick most people's ass.
