PCbros, what's the point of volumetric fog? You're literally making the game look worse on purpose.
For people playing MHW, if you want to fix the blurriness just turn off AA and use NVIDIA's DSR instead. Set it to 2K if you have a 1080 monitor. The game goes from a blurry shitfest to crytal clear and sharp.

Had 300 hours on console and never realized before switching to PC that every stage essentially has a piss filter over it. A piss filter that’s really graphically intensive. I don’t get it.

btw there were a lot of performance increasing patches these months, i started playing on v382.x and man, the game was like shit, DX12 gave me a huge performance boost, and nowadays i can play on most-max settings even with a FX8300 (he's doing he's best ok)
