1) First of all latino doesn’t just mean Latin-American
2) Latino isn’t a race, it’s a cultural identity
3) following on 2, not every Latin American has native-American blood. You can be 100% white and still be Latin, in fact there are plenty of latins like that.

I am not sure about other Brazilians but I wouldn’t really call myself ‘latino’, but even then you got the highest amount of Japanese people outside of Japan in Brazil and these people are still Latin, you got Germans who immigrated to Brazil and pretty much kept to themselves in German speaking villages to this day and they are still Latin etc.

Not all, the Spanish and natives did mix, but a huge percentage of south and central Americans are mixed with natives or are even pure blood.

You literally have direct descendants of the Aztec Mayans and Incas alive and well.
