I beat story mode on Hardest with a friend in about 6 hours. Haven't beaten arcade mode on Mania yet. It's pretty tough, but I don't like all the retries you get. I preferred the old way where your HP was maintained between stages and the game's difficulty and length was balanced for that system.

Nothing to do with difficulty but holy fucking hell this game is short. I feel sorry for people who paid a whole 20 squids for it. I'm not that bothered because lolgamepass but seriously it's like 3 hours long on normal and by then you've seen most of what the game has to offer.

it has good replay value especially if you have friends or just go online. beat em ups are akin to fighters and character action titles where mastery of the combo is the point of these
