I guess that depends. The tournaments themselves are alright and are more or less what I come here for. You better be willing to put up with some bullshit though these days because you might piss off someone over nothing, but it ain't all that bad if you don't let it get to you.

if this was just a oopsie and mods fuck off for now we'll probably be fine. the thing about /vg/ that really sent us down the shitter was the fact that we got no newblood due to people only coming to /vg/ for their favorite general and staying there without exploring any of the other generals (see pic related.) If mods decide that /s4s/ is our new home now I really don't know if that's a bad thing or not because I know nothing of /s4s/'s culture.

hosts will announce when they'll be doing a Post Rush (signups) 2+ beforehand. When a host does a Post Rush you have to reply to their post as quickly as possibly before the 60 second cutoff happens. Then the vermin that got in before the cutoff are put into a engine where they're AI controlled and fight the other vermin. that's how tourneys work most of the time

Maybe if a host coded a interface to make streams look pretty, but I assume some of them don't even have a good enough internet for it.
