The PvE events are the only part of Overwatch that I genuinely enjoy any more, so yeah. I'm interested. I'm sure as shit not going to pay them 60 motherfucking dollars for it, though.

No one cares about Overwatch anymore. It is an example of the failure of "games as a service" where the developers can just go and take away your fun after you've paid for the game.

You can still do all you did in the beta/release in the game and more, sure they changed some abilities but arcade still exists, any game becomes unfun when playing competitive. I don't understand why overwatch haters are so schizophrenic

most successful competitve multiplayer games can stay relevant for long periods of time, whether you like them or not LoL, Dota 2, CS:GO, Rocket League, etc. are all examples of this with some spanning even over a decade
needing a sequel within 4 years is just a solid confirmation of the thought that this game was a complete failure both as an esport and as a fun multiplayer game

This game is the worst kind of timesink. Matchmaking has been fucked since the start, matching the best players of each respective rank with the worst players and vice versa. With a game as complex as Overwatch I doubt it can ever be truly balanced.

You guys realize balancing is completely subjective and no matter what a game does it’s always “unbalanced” to many people

It will be popular for a month at most and then die down to Overwatch 1 levels.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they pulled a few things back out from original concept ideas.
