it was all smoke and mirrors
every faction functions exactly the same
exploration is basically the same shit in each area
some areas are beyond fucked, like red forest being full of monolith with top end gear, gear for fucking days if you go there
there's weird artifacts from previous games left behind, like again in red forest, where strelok flees from scar in clear sky, there's hundreds of grenades down there where you're not meant to be able to reach (in clear sky)
the bonus modes sucked too, warfare sucked, zazazel (or whatever) mode was pointless, and the zombie mode is flat out gay and filled with ghouls from fallout 3 for fuck sake
it's good for scratching the itch and braindead simple to set up and it's free shit too if you're poor, but as far as mods go its one of the worst

What mod/mods would you reccomend? Preferably overhauls

if your fps has enemies that can withstand more than 3 bullets of 7.62 I won't buy your game

Seriously, I like the idea of being macgyver in the middle of nowhere but the UI has to follow or else you spend more time in your inventory crafting shit than actually stalking
And unlike your typical looter shooter with crafting, in Anonmeme all the garbage you pick up HAS WEIGHT
And you can't carry that much in the first place, + the map is fuckhuge and there's no magical resident evil stashes

The point is to load the right ammo, smartypants. Failing that, at least shoot them somewhere they aren't as armoured.

I mean thanks but how exactly do you upgrade your gear if it completly remove that part of the experience? In anonmeme you get much less money than in vanilla and there's a lot more to upgrade and buy

Not that guy, but I assume it removes to requisite items and just leaves the potential attachments for you to buy with regular old RU.

Stalker maps aren't designed for freeplay, anomaly with some added maps that follow the COP style would be kino.

So I only ever played Shadow of Chernobyl but never finished it. How fucked will I be if I just jump into this?
