protodude hinted that a bn mobile game was in the works ages ago, but nothing has come of it. if you're really desperate, there's a touhou fangame that's been translated and polished up by /jp/ called shanghai.exe gitgud.io

A single-dev indie rougelike version just came out on Steam. One Step from Eden. Workshop support has already added a fuckload of content from the BN games, including Navis and chips.

The same sick-joke told for ages. To make it worse there are old genuine BN mobile games that are decent but because they were super exclusive to some specific phones and japanese collectors hates dumping games, they are unplayable in any way. You can play BN OSS with a fan translation patch tho

I tried to replay BN4 recently and I was shocked by by how much of the game is just filler. Having to backtrack through the same few internet areas at least 3 times per tourney is just fucking awful. Not to mention that the first 2 actual comps had shit gimmicks and map design and both times you fought Shademan were scripted. Dropped that game like a rock. What the hell was going on with Capcom?

The WiiU version of BN4 is fixed. Supossedly that version was dumped and converted to .gba so dunno why no one plays that version...

I've only played Battle network 3 blue I think? Was pretty fun at the time when I was kid. The next game I got was Starfoce but that series sucked balls. They should just make a battlenetwork collection and release it on steam. I would buy it.
