There's a patch to make BB run at 60fps on PS4, it would definitely be easy to do on PC.

I would love for it to get a PC port, since my main issue with the game is the low framerate, otherwise it would be an easy 10. But it probably never will, better off waiting for PCSX4, which will literally be a bloodborne emulator just like how 3 is a demon souls emulator lmao

No, it's very unlikely. The reason Horizon gets a PC port is the the Sce internal studios boss, Hermen Hulst used to be the boss at Guerilla Games, owned by sony. Horizon is a first party sony game and when sony sells this game on pc.
As of current, sony owns the bloodborne ip. If it were to be released on pc, sony would publish it

You need to be on an older software version to patch the game and it runs at 720p, but it does a pretty good job of keeping 60.

It will eventually be emulatable on PC. Emulating the PS4 shouldn't be nearly as hard as the PS3 and we already have Demon's Souls on PC at 4k/60fps and mods. I give it a year or two until PS4 emulation gets to a playable state.
