If he didn't employ him then its not his problem, but its also not morally incorrect to drag his name in the dirt for only giving him exposure either.

Not him, but I do know that he has actually had contact with artists who would make something and when he would ask if he could use it, they would ask for some sort of revenue, then he would use the exposure card, to which they would say no, and he would use the art without crediting them afterwards. There are also many instances where the artist said yes to exposure as payment, and then he would just use the artwork without crediting them anyway.
