Pissed out hormones/fluoride in the water, high fructose corn syrup in literally everything and people being tricked into thinking "low-fat" is beneficial when it actually just makes it almost impossible to actually feel filled up combined with self-sufficiency being made nearly impossible by the retarded and completely unjustifiable laws regarding farming = the shitshow we've found ourselves in

Euroslav here, I worked a bit in America. Everything in your stores is so giant and fatty, I have no idea how you can subsist on it.
Our supermarkets look like premium whole foods stuff you get peddled.

Sugar, sugar everywhere. Sugar in water, in our fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, EVERYWHERE.

In order to avoid all the sugar you have to make your own meals from scratch.
