Oh hey look it's a shill thread.
Fuck off.
Watch Dogs is garbage.

Hopefully in a shallow grave?

The latest masterpiece from game design god Clint Hocking.

It's been forgotten, Ubi are putting all their hopes on Valhalla now

It hasn't been forgotten. Ubisoft have Far Cry 6 and Watch Dog Legion scheduled to release before March 2021.

How was WD2? Played the first ages ago and it was OK.

I think Legion isn't coming out until 2021. Valhalla is DEFINITELY going to get the sweet slot in November 2020. Legion hasn't been marked at all since last year, so it obviously isn't ready to come out before November. If it comes out at the same time as Valhalla, it'll be competing with that AND Cyberpunk (which would kill it)

Who gives a shit?
Where the fuck is Splinter Cell 7?

If you liked the hacking elements of 1, 2 kicks those up a notch. But the setting, theme and cast are a complete 180 from 1. It worked for me because I wanted a hacking game (1 was a shooter with light hacking elements, in 2 you can complete the game with just hacks)

Can you play non lethal amd pure stealth through hacking? It's something I wanted more from the first.

Yes, 2 encourages non-lethal.

I'm probably gonna be disappointed by it, but I am actually pretty excited about this one, the E3 showcase looked cool and the concept is neat.

Sweet. Might finally try it out. Thanks user

Hope you enjoy it. I still poke around in it from time to time.

Valhalla is likely getting an October release as part of Microsoft's not-so-secret scheme to release the Xbox much earlier than Sony's Playstation. MS originally wanted a September release for the Series X, but they've likely slipped a bit.

It's been delayed for quality control. I kinda respect Ubisoft for being the only publishers willing to delay games to make them better even if it's most of their lineup.

I pirated the game at launch because I was sure I would've hated the characters and story but I was pleasantly surprised
It's by no means a masterpiece, but overall I had a great time with the story missions and even side content
It falls under the Unisoft open world stereotypes but it doesn't get boring as fasr as other games imho

Ghost Recon: Breakpoint was supposed to represent the direction all future Ubisoft titles were headed, however it was received so poorly that management suspended the release of basically every other Ubisoft title in development to initiate a radical shift in design.

>ubishit games
>ubisoft announces that they will only make their shitty, bland, featureless, generic sandboxes from now on

Considering that they had a playable demo that seemed in good shape, it being delayed this long with no news is concerning.

Is watch dogs 1 worth It?

It's OK. Nothing groundbreaking

It's because they're having to rework several core systems after Breakpoint sold like shit. They're essentially having to rebuild the core gameplay loops from the ground up after Ubisoft discovered people will only tolerate so many attempts to force monetization before they hit their breaking point.

If you like Batman, John Wick and third-person shooters, you'll enjoy 1.

What was even the issue? Everyone liked Division 2.

Any source on that about fc6?

Is Ubisofts entire lineup just britbashing games this year?

They're fr*nch. They can't help it

I hope so, Far Cry 6 should be set in Ireland killing British invaders.
