The visuals are fine, i just want a more interactive bigger world, and hopefully even the enemies to have ai next time. Instead of a selection screen I want the hub world to be the nep sister's bedroom. I want to be able to run through the town, do platforming or puzzles in dungeons. I'd rather have a bigger world with re;birth tier graphics than next gen appearance but the same old gameplay.

Pretty much. The battles are fine, the platforming controls are even decent enough as we saw with neplunker. I just want more content with more careful design. I seem to be one of the few people who actually like the setting, although I may have taken that all the way from HDN actually having one. For example, I was disappointed that Blanc's game was just a bunch of jokes instead of actually a day in the life of a goddess in Lowee.
I wouldn't say they became the template. They just followed it along with many other games. People didn't appreciate anything that was unique about HDN and mkII, although some of those things were good. Nep gameplay only became more generic over time. They've also reached the point that people like me will buy any garbage as long as it has the characters, like the action games on Vita. Those are so damn boring. The re;birth games are medicore but the action games are just dogshit with enemies that never attack you.
