No, because Booker mentions at pretty much every occasion that they're wrong for committing genocide themselves, and you literally fight them until the end of the game. The only thing "right" is the fact that they were furious for being kept as a slave caste and responding with extreme retribution. It'd be retarded to expect them to rise up and calmly make a diplomatic series of arrangements with their previous masters, who were armed to the fucking teeth and using Tonics to further embolden themselves.

The game itself wasn't too bad at portraying both sides as in the wrong - even if one side was openly racist and wanted to wage world against the rest of the world.
But that all flies out the window in the DLC, where it turns out that the black leader took the kid as a hostage because it was for the greater good. She became a much more heroic figure, willingly dying because it would save a lot of people.

If you look at the earlier previews it's much more interesting, with the Vox Pop acting like bullies and we see how civilians' lives are fucked because of the rebellion.

The "big bad white man" in this case was literally keeping slaves based on ethnic principle instead of literally any other potential virtue or lack thereof. I don't know why you feel so offended by this concept. Comstock's society was flawed for dozens of reasons, and the fact that he kept his society running on the backs of slave labor was a fundamental flaw that unquestionably dooms him the second they get their hands on tools for revolt. If you feel like this game is suggesting all white people are evil, then explain why Booker and Elizabeth are unabashed and flawless heroes regardless of if they are killing Vox Populi and all of the other rampaging minorities of Columbia?

Those robots are just well-guided automated firearms, and most of them are manipulated tools from Rapture repurposed to be defensive tools in the city, as well as the vanguard for their inevitable war with the rest of the land-bound world. You still need people to sweep the streets and pick up trash, people to shovel coal, people to clean out the bathrooms, etc. There's too many minor functions that demand constant attention from labor, and the exact same shit happened in America pre-Civil War. It's a focus of the plot and a defining attribute of why Columbia was a powder keg.

Literally nothing changes if they are black or white. Booker would enter a world of racists and be attacked on-sight the same way he's attacked almost immediately on-sight after they see the tattoo on his hand. Elizabeth is hidden away from society entirely because she's a secret project of Comstock's. In fact I'm sure it'd sell more if you could tie them being non-white into the plot instead of their White attributes being used to make Booker more generic. The whole "Many Universes" bullshit could even excuse why Booker is Black/Latino/Asian/Irish/Whatever and Comstock is White.

I think it's weird how you get rewarded by different people based on your choice even though you never fully went through with it. The race traitors are magically safe and happy if you choose the other guy, but not if you don't? Well you get rewarded sooner if you save them so I always pick that.
