There's nothing wrong with AA games but having actual good quality AAA is obviously better, we're used to AAA being shit because of the need to appeal to the lowest common denominator, but that doesn't mean AAA is inherently shit every single time. Japs stopped caring about good adaptations in the PS2 era. Nowadays, it's the opposite. Vidya gets anime adaptations, meanwhile vidya adaptations are always the same shovelware from Bamco.
