It'a gling to be shit, isn't it?

skatexs.com/blogs/news/15725885-what-makes-a-good-skateboard
as long as it's not plywood it's probably fine

If you don't skateboard then it doesn't matter

I could never use a board that looked good. I used to buy shit boards that had bart simpson on them because who cares if it gets ruined. I hate people who collect boards because they look pretty.

That's mass produced for a video game and $99 with said game.
A good deck alone is around $120.

it honestly depends, if it's just the board then it's probably decent quality, but if it's a full setup then it's trash
you should never buy a board that costs less than $50

>you should never buy a board that costs less than $50
I always had a strange affinity for shit boards as a kid. As long as it has good wheels then its fine. Shit boards are more freeing because who cares if it gets ruined.

>birdhouse board
>good
Pick One

You contradict yourself

it's made by birdhouse. it's a fine board. you won't skate it anyway, just put it on the wall.

you should just assume any promotional piece you get in a collector's edition that might have a practical use will be worthless for that practical use.

If you are that clueless then why would you buy this at all you fucking ape?

>as a kid
the only people who bought high end boards as kids were the kids who lived and breathed that entire scene and they usually sold tons of drugs or stole shit in order to fund it because no one's parents were dumb enough to buy high end boards

I dunno, I heard the NVGs you got with MW2's Prestige Edition could be fun to run around with outside.

They're not going to have the original soundtracks, are they?

>a good deck costs $120

Nigga you can get a perfectly good blank deck for $50

smack it against a wall. if it breaks it's a piece of shit.

What even constitutes a "high end" deck? I havent skated since early 2000 but it looks like Enjoi decks are still 50-60 bucks

Probably just stability. If you're abusing it by grinding etc. you don't want it snapping in half on you and risk badly hurting yourself.

I had a deck with that graphic on it when I was younger. It was ok for vert. Not enough pop for street though.

No you can't, you dirty nigger.
And don't call me nigga, I'm whiter than the cheap ass rice you eat every day.

>good deck
>$120
Unless prices shot up over the years a good deck is not $120.

Maybe a complete is 120$ a deck goes for 60$

high end refers to board materials, if you're riding around on a piece of plywood that's obviously fucking garbage, most decks are a mixture of like bamboo and maple and lightweight, if you have something with noticeable heft chances are it's just a mishmash of shit wood scraps
a good decent quality deck will be minimum $50 for the board alone, if you find one with bearings/wheels/trucks/tape for $50 chances are it's scrap wood garbage.

I would literally buy those shitty completes you find in the toy section at target for twenty bucks, and just put my trucks and wheels on, and they did everything a $150 deck would do. They didn't last very long if I abused them, but if you can't do a flip on one of those, you couldn't on a more expensive one either.

stfu nigger

i see what you're saying. Iirc trucks were the most expensive components. Either you get cheap heavy metal ones or expensive composites that are light as fuck.

50-60 bucks you nigger

limited edition boomer board

>Zig Forums is hyped for this

damn imbeciles, its like you dont remember the THPS5 fiasco

is the thps5 fiasco some stupid fucking Zig Forums bullshit because if it is i don't care
