I don't know where the other two renders come from so they aren't iconic by any means.
I think the most iconic character render is this image of Sephiroth, see, all the other Sephiroths have a different design, but this one is unique to the original FF7 so everyone can pinpoint exactly where it's from even if they know little about video games they know exactly where it comes from.
