You can kill chief Hanlon, the lead of the entire NCR army branch of the rangers, and still continue on, but you can't kill some colonel

Well no one gives a shit about people in the Mojave, the NCR elected Kimball because he led a campaign of extermination against the Khans, Jackals and Vipers and pushed them all into Nevada in the first place

Because Kimball and Oliver aren't in the game outside of scripted events so she's the closest thing to a faction leader NCR has, which means she's treated the same as House and Caesar

You can do just that with almost every other NCR character in the game.

All you need to do is use a stealth boy and a melee/unarmed attack and you won't get infamy nor will the ncr go aggro.

This is how you get la longue carabine one of my favorite guns as well

How can anyone defend the Khans? It's basically confirmed in-game that they started shooting NCR civvies and on the previous games they were slavers who only made things worse for everyone else. Hell, even in NV when they're most sympathetic they still make a living out of raiding and selling trailer park.tier drugs. I always kill them all in my playthrough, regardless of faction.

They’re just another shitty tribe. The only thing that separates them from the fiends is that they sell the drugs instead of just using them
