bloodborne is the best out of all souls series and best game of this decade start with it because you'll enjoy your first soulsborne game the most.

DS2 is like the least Berserk-inspired of the Souls games, if you want to go full Guts mod then 3 has both the greatsword and a repeating crossbow

Sekiro isn't souls, emulate demon's, play dark souls 1 after, disregard the rest.

Demon's Souls is the most "Berserk-like". DS1 is good too. Bloodborne is good but not Berserk like at all. Don't bother with DS2. If you liked DS1 a lot then play DS3 as well, it's only so-so but the final DLC boss is basically Guts

Demon's/Dark Souls games (with the exception of
2 since it has barely any Berserk influence art direction) are only Berserk at the aesthetic level. The respective narratives are completely devoid of Berserk influence. Play Demon's for max Berserk aesthetic or just get Bloodborne.

Like with any series, start with the newest so you aren't filtered by the jank instantly. Then play them backwards and learn to enjoy the older games more due to being better designed.

Anyone who doesn't realize that Bloodborne's victorian aesthetic was initially inspired by these chapters in berserk is fucking retarded. Yes the idea was fleshed out and incorporated multiple influences but Miyazaki absolutely read the chapter where they save all those captured women from the demon city while wearing cool hats and masks and said "that would make a cool game"
