You were fooled by Zig Forums the game is shit and I will explain why:
>No indication of where roads lead
>No hint to what enemies are weak to
>No hint of when enemies are alone or in groups
>No warning to avoid status effects
>No clue to which items are masterworks

a really good character creator/customization. A pretty good combat game/dungeon crawler. Very verbose companions who speak in somewhat archaic english

Dropped. I guess it's one of those games where you need a wiki by your side at all times if you want to not get lost or end up with a shitty character. Kind of figured that by some of the posts I read in other threads. Thanks for saving me some money.

I'm having a ton of fun with this ATM, second playthrough on hard mode and the monsters on Bitterblack are feeding me my own eyeballs but i'm having tons of fun using explosive barrels , throwing enemies into cliffs and fighting the first eliminator (the music if fucking great)

Warrior is a very standar UNGA BUNGA! stile gameplay and weapons are more scarce than you'd think so instead just learn about what the enemies do and how to deal with them
