Apparently google accounts are being compromised by a youtube comment bot. Not sure how. People are claiming any interaction, subbing, commenting, or replying to this bot channel is breaking through Google two factor. The image I posted is what the comment looks like.
I hate to fucking post reddit and twitter shit but I'm trying to get information. I made a post on /g/ to try to get info from them but this board is more active. I know reddit meme but they have a thread of people reporting it.
Interesting. Channel I work for posted an RE3make review today and had someone with a 2 week old channel and zero videos say we should partner. And wouldn't you know it? The username and avatar match Music in that reddit post.

>Liking, commentating or clicking the account will get your account hacked holy shit bros
>ever logging into YouTube >not just watching everything signed out while blocking all ads Holy fucking CRINGE.
Juan Turner
That's for the good work user
Dylan Ward
hey op. i got something similar with PSN. bots try to friend you and message you similar to what your posting and then try to brute force your login somehow. dunno how the fuck they're able to do that.

I just went to logout of youtube the other day on my phone and it logged me out of 7 gmails including an extremely valuable burner account that I dont remember the pword for and have no email or phone recovery
yea ive been seeing these type of comments a lot on certain low popularity channels
Kayden Scott
thanks for the warning reddit
Jackson Jenkins
>zero videos You didn’t go into the channel did you? If so your account is poxxed
Aaron Wilson
i got one of these. i just delete them
Charles Jones
Worse. I saw a twitch streamer talking about this and started digging.
Christopher Wright
wanna be friends?
Lincoln Adams
I've seen generic names like these comments about "wanting to collab" and "partner". Their about sections are always empty and they have playlists featured that are titled "Uploads" to make them seem like someone else (they are just impersonating.)
Probably not clicking the account. I uploaded something to send to a friend and got one of these immediately on the video. I didn't interact with it, and just casually followed where the channel went.
Samuel Cook
This is totally some creepypasta shit that op is either trying to force or is actually falling for. I'm not opposed to fun though, so carry on Godspeed Logan hope you make it into the history books
Jayden Reyes
now why would you confess this to me?
Nathaniel Jackson
wtf i've seen this same shit in a lot of
Jack Long

>same bot commented on a video I made >comment was deleted when I checked today
Colton Hernandez
I fucking hope it is and that I'm fucking wrong. The sooner someone figures this out the sooner I can not worry and go back to shitposting.
Nathan Carter
its ok to watch wubby
Ryder Russell
no shit this same bot commented on some recent uploads saying this. whats weird is i was getting unrecognized logins on my spotify account of all things the other day so i quickly changed my password and shit. i dont even use spotify and i've never had a security breach or anything of concern to pop up like this. should i be worried?
but I need to have my subscription list to know what to watch/rewatch

These have been happening for weeks on my channel. I delete them everytime, but I've found a tactic to find them and report them. >Search for generic terms of anything. Cats, cool video, gaming lets play, grand theft auto, anything that gets uploaded or is even mildly topical would work. >Set the filter to newest uploads >Search for videos that are slightly old, i.e a day or two should suffice, >Go to the comments on all of them and try to find suspicious messages like pic related. Report in incognito if you are scared or some shit. Help out anons. We're gonna need all we can get to fight these stupid ass bots
I'm very skeptical to believe there's a zero-day THIS powerful that was discovered and disclosed in such a faggy ass way. Seems more like the person "uncovering" this has a secret agenda.
Juan Walker
I posted this on Zig Forums to see if their crazies would pick it up and dig into this. One response I got was this.
"Most likely, this is again a bug with the parent and child accounts. The hacker converts the victim's account with the script to the status of a child account of his own. You don't need a password or two-factor authentication to do this." /g/ thread hasn't produced anything.
Angel Ortiz
I've seen comments like that the other day. I remember thinking it was suspicious because I saw the same comment on two unrelated videos by two different accounts, like "we should be YouTube friends".
Luis Green
Sauce of that comment. youtube.com/watch?v=-udTdV0fWeI Just find newer videos of generic topics and once and a while you will find generic first names and some basic illustrator graphic design as the icon.
Cameron Garcia
forced adoptions lmao
Henry Miller
Damn I've seen that same "Music" guy comment the exact same thing on every single video of a small channel that uploads obscure black metal albums. i always thought it was odd but figured it was probably just some autist. weird shit.
Another "wanna be friends?" no name on this video. These are easy to find. OP is not lying out his ass for once youtube.com/watch?v=UK305VZnQ0w
Luis Cook
No kidding i seen this comment "wanna be friends?" a lot in the past weeks
Asher Kelly
The screaming zoomers who get their youtube account hacked.
John Brooks
remember, Zig Forums is always right
Gabriel Stewart
Use an encrypted email instead of gmail for your important shit anons.
Sebastian Kelly
Videos i watch generally have closed comments.
Logan Carter
I uploaded some shit yesterday, the bot in OPs pic was there within 2 minutes.
Owen Parker
>not watching romanian Tvee and getting this info from him zoomer
Gabriel Lewis
Anytimes this happens I always change all my passwords on my phone and format my PC. Keyloggers are spooky.
Alexander Fisher
>use my youtube channel to upload videos talking about niche things i like >no views, no comments, no engagement >doing it for 4 years now >finally get a comment and someone saying they want to be friends imagine my excitement when i found out it was a bot
Who is behind this? The jews or China? Place your bets, gentlemen.
Noah Kelly
Consequently, has anyone on PS4 been getting weird ass bot messages of cryptic shit like bible quotes all written in letters with various accent marks?
Benjamin Harris
This is technically video games because my gacha games are tied to my Google account, so it must remain safe at all costs. I'm only half joking.
Almost every day I wake up to see some faggot message me a random wall of text with random punctuation līkë thîs and always ending with my PSN ID. At least the gamer girl bots actually had a script with autoreplies that you could fuck around with, these are just lame and pointless.
