The only good lamellar armor was made from iron/steel. Leather variant was used in Japan/China and was just as worthless as leather armor in Ancient Greece/Rome.

I never said leather armor wasn't used, I said it doesn't really qualify as armor because it's nigh-useless and doesn't offer much protection.

I installed a no levels mod that got rid of level equipment requirements and just consolle'd the Wolf armor diagrams since the beginning.

I finished it twice, once on normal playthrough, collecting every shit possible. Literally visiting every question mark including Skellige, then did a NG+ Death March for last achievement and never touched it again. Sometimes the games become too much, for same reason I will never replay Odyssey etc.

Yes me. I autistically combed through the entire map and every choice. There's no reason for me to replay any time soon, maybe in 5-8 years or so when I've forgotten most of it I'll replay again with some re-balancing mods.

I enjoyed the game, but I could not tell you why because on paper I should hate everything about it. But now that I’ve finished the game, I’ve finally decided to 100% give up on any and all open world RPGs. They’re all the same. Just overly long and overly large games with nothing of real substance.
