This remake looks so fucking bad, and considering the only people who care about this game are a few hundred autistic speedrunners, I'm not sure why it was even remade. IMAGINE. JUST IMAGINE. If a NEW game was created, not another fucking lazy remake.

It doesn't look like a ground-up remake at all. I hope they don't want more than $20 for this. Yeesh.

it's THQ Nordic, almost everything they put out is some HD remake. They're just kind of scraping the bottom of the barrel at this point

THQ is bought by some rich kid and hes remaking games left and right

kind of based, if I owned a publisher and had cash to burn thats what I would do. I'd make an HD remake of this. With online competitive multiplayer

Weird trailer, it shows some weird bugs, why would they include it in a trailer, I'd get it if it was like a 10m gameplay session but a trailer cut like that seems like a really hack job by the marketing.
Then the bugs themselves seem so random, in some cases you see stuff far away but then have that platform popping in so close to the player and that enemy at attack range. The bus bug isn't as bad but surprising that it's even in there as it's a canned animation.
