Marketing absolutely dominates any discussion, people will buy it in droves when it gets unanimous 10/10 scores and journalists jizzing themselves for a week straight. Most potential customers of this game probably don't go here much, or talk about games online even, so they likely aren't aware of the leaks and memes. Or have forgotten them by now.

Honestly, I'm willing to bet it sells extremely well, enough that they can claim it beat expectations, and it will be considered "a political win" for crazy twitter people. Zig Forums won't hear the end of it after that.
